Nepal's PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal to Visit Ujjain and Indore During 4-Day Official Trip to India

 



 Nepal's Prime Minister, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as 'Prachanda,' is scheduled to embark on a four-day official visit to India. As part of this visit, he will be visiting Ujjain and Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The Ministry of External Affairs has confirmed these details.

 

The visit will commence from May 31 to June 3, and it comes in response to an invitation extended by India's Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. During his stay, Prime Minister Dahal will have meetings with President Droupadi Murmu and Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar.

 

Apart from the official engagements, Prime Minister Dahal's itinerary includes visits to Ujjain and Indore, as stated in the official release by the Ministry of External Affairs. Additionally, he will be accompanied by a high-level delegation during his visit.

 

Prime Minister Dahal is expected to hold extensive discussions with Prime Minister Modi, covering various aspects of the bilateral partnership between India and Nepal. The Ministry of External Affairs has emphasized the significance of this meeting in an official statement.

 

Furthermore, other distinguished Indian dignitaries will also have the opportunity to meet and engage with the Prime Minister of Nepal during his visit.

 

This visit builds upon the long-standing tradition of regular high-level exchanges between India and Nepal, further reinforcing the commitment to the 'Neighborhood First' policy. Over the past few years, bilateral relations between the two countries have strengthened significantly across various areas of cooperation.

 

The visit by Prime Minister Dahal underscores the mutual importance placed on accelerating and enhancing the bilateral partnership between India and Nepal.
